Clean Air, Everywhere
Community Grant Programs
NoSoCo Air is proactive in its clean air mission by crafting and offering District incentive programs and implementing state programs to reduce air pollution and to provide GHG reductions that help us to meet county and state climate sustainability targets. The District’s Go Green! EV charger program expands EV charging infrastructure to promote EV adoption and reduce vehicle pollution. The District’s Burn Clean! Wood Stove program replaces old dirty stoves and reduces particulate pollution, including black soot, a powerful climate change pollutant. The state’s Carl Moyer and FARMER programs provide options to remove dirty diesel engines from operation with cleaner engines or conversion to electric operation.
